Eva Díez

Eva Díez's work contains a strong poetic component focused on the interpretation of landscape as both a natural and emotional space. Expressed through the lens of photography or moving images, her proposals unfold a carefully controlled staging where light, process, relationship with the environment, and connection to the idea of sustainability are key elements.

Her work is present in private collections in Spain and Portugal, as well as in public collections such as the CGAC (Galician Center for Contemporary Art) and the Photographic Collection of the City Council of Vigo. She has exhibited in museums, fairs, and contemporary art galleries both nationally and internationally, with recent shows including CRUZAMENTOS in Galician Art from the CGAC Collection (CGAC, 2022) and the Fundación ENAIRE Photography Prize 2021 (Royal Botanical Garden of Madrid). Her work has received accolades such as the Fundación ENAIRE Young Photography Prize (2020), the Fundación Pilar Citoler Prize for Young Collector at the JustMad Art Fair (2018), the Galicia Contemporary Photography Prize (2015), and the Art Photo Bcn Prize (2015).
