BIOGRAPHY
Mit Borrás (Madrid, 1982) is a Spanish visual artist who lives and works in Madrid and Berlin.
Her work has received widespread international recognition for her Adaptasi Cycle collection, the fruit of her research on the idea of adaptation and the relationship between humans, nature, and technological progress. Her distinctive and acclaimed aesthetic, montages, and transdisciplinary staging (digital art, performance, installation, and video, among others) formalize her thesis on the concept of transhumanism and the connection of pleasure with ergonomics, biodiversity and contemporary technology, ancestral and modern rituals, and futurology.

He collaborates as a professor of Ergonomics at TAI University, of Digital Art, Video Art, and Communication at Carlos III University in the Master of Arts program at the Círculo de Bellas Artes - Escuela Sur in Madrid, and of Introduction to Digital Culture at the IED. Mit Borrás is a visual artist and member of the Berlin-based collective Frontviews and the contemporary creation center Haunt in Berlin. He founded and directs the CAVVE studio in Madrid, alongside Rachel Lamot as creative director and head of production. His work is represented in Spain by the House of Chappaz gallery.
