 Edition I (2021-22)

BIOGRAPHY

She creates video art and digital art projects. Her work has a strong installation-based character and maintains an ongoing relationship with other disciplines such as music, performing arts, cinema, and performance.

She is the artistic director and screenwriter of Adaptasi Cycle, a series of video art films directed by Mit Borrás. She forms the duo Glosopeda alongside British artist Kim Rosario, bringing AI-generated pieces into the realm of installation art and exploring the social network as an exhibition space, as seen in The Ontology That Never Was, presented at the In-Sonora Festival.

She has worked for Balenciaga Paris at the request of creative director Demna Gvasalia, creating a series of portraits titled Future Faces. She has participated in The Wrong Biennale (2017, 2018, 2022, and 2024) and in Transmediale, Berlin (2012). Her performance piece The Runners was shown at La Casa Encendida (Madrid) and Kreuzberg Pavillon (Berlin). She took part in the Fluid exhibition within the digital art festival organized by Hyper Studio in Madrid (2021), and has continued to participate in the festival through 2024.

Her work is included in the digital art collection of the Harddiskmuseum, a pioneering platform for digital art and NFTs. Adaptasi Cycle was part of Réseaux Mondes at the Centre Pompidou in Paris, and was selected by Artforum as one of the 10 best exhibitions of 2022.

As an art director, she co-produced the installation piece Phantom Limb with Mit Borrás for Centro Párraga and recently premiered Future Creatures at Teatros del Canal (Madrid).

She is currently in post-production of her latest video art piece, filmed in Osaka alongside Mit Borrás and music composer Keiichiro Shibuya, with support from the production company ATAK (Tokyo) and the Osaka University of Arts and Technology. The piece features the android Alter4, created by the university’s lab, as its main character. She is also editing the video art and installation piece titled Harpoons, in collaboration with Kim Rosario.
